We took an Israeli urine cup which was rather poorly designed, and improved a few small but important details. For example, with the old cup patients did not understand that the cap is to be screwed on and off (and not pulled). We made this obvious in our product by thickening the plastic body and widening the rib to match the diameter of the cap.
